Hope that everyone had a lovely break and are keen to get back to drawing and painting? After taking all of our Xmas decorations down earlier than normal I am ready to get back to painting myself and am busy getting classes together for you all.
So a little time to reflect on how your skills are developing - perhaps you have just started drawing and painting. It can seem a little overwhelming with so many new skills to learn but persistence as well as patience with how things develop always pays off.
For complete beginners I am developing Saturday afternoons especially for you this January. You can see clearly for each workshop which level you can come in at and having tailor made classes for your ability will hopefully give you confidence and skills to progress.
For those with a little more experience we check out new skills later in the Spring with pastels on a new surface. This will be quite a new experience as we don't normally use pastels that much.
I also hope to plan a group outing after our wonderful 2017 Borde Hill Garden trip. Watch this space for more details. It will probably be in late July.
As always I wish you lots of creativity this year and look forward to seeing you starting on 11th January.
