This coming weekend we are off for our annual Skyblue day out, to Leonardslee Gardens. This is our 3rd annual trip and all fingers are crossed for some sunshine! We love get togethers and this summer we look forward to sitting and sketching in amongst some fabulous plants and trees. We have been preparing by practicing mixing greens and have a few techniques to get us up and running when we are there. Inevitably we all end up in the tea room and buying a lot of plants!
The following weekend Saturday 22 June I am hosting a table sale at the Heene Community Centre and their summer fair. Heene recently won the Queens Award for excellent voluntary contributions. If you have any mini paintings/cards, young plants or small hand made items you would like to sell do let Jane know by email, she will send you the guidelines of what to do.
