The theme for this session is this beautiful green blue colour pictured. The last Thursday morning of the month is sketchbook week - a super time to devote to your own personal creativity in a sketchbook that you can take with you on your travels or work on at home, gradually building up over time.

Blue Green is the theme of the sketchbook week, think about how you can create this colour and maybe think of colours that would complement it using watercolours.
Ideas: maybe you have a seascape photo or water image you would like to paint, this is a super opportunity to try this colour out.
Paint the image above into your sketchbook as a future reference for further studies
How can you create light and dark areas within the colour?
Maybe you have an idea for another subject using this colour, bring along a small still life perhaps or an image you want to use.
Start thinking about possibilities, these are your creative moments, write any ideas in your sketchbook to remind yourself of them later. Doing this builds up creativity for when you want to paint.
Want to come to the class? Its on 25 March, 9.30-12, to join sign up to the weekly newsletter here or email me at info@skyblueartclasses.co.uk
best wishes Jane
