Some of you may know that I recently was busy with exhibitions and it was lovely to see Skyblue people at Colonnade House, in Worthing. I was only there for certain days. It was a super opportunity to show my latest work there and I always love meeting everyone as this social time balances out the long hours I put in at the easel. At the beginning of September I posted details on the Skyblue Website about the 'Stride' Exhibition in Chichester asking for entries and we already have a successful submission by Jemima. 6th May kicks off the Brighton Festival, an annual event that is the 2nd largest arts festival (Edinburgh claims top place). Update of the Open house exhibition and how things are progressing: Heene Community Centre has had a face lift and with the new garden next to the cafe it is now a nice destination to visit. the June/July dates for our exhibition are getting nearer. If you draw and paint it is often very inspiring to go and see other artists and their work. For the whole month of May you can do exactly that in Brighton.
